Any sparkling wine

Orange Juice (not from concentrate)
Peach Purée mixer

Chill all. Pour OJ into a nice pitcher and place on pretty tray with wine glasses ( mismatched is fine). Open wine and let guests make their own mimosa, Bellini, or my favorite which includes all three. If you have some guests that don't care for alcohol you can include a lemon-lime beverage, too.
