Directions:

Ingredients:
2lbs. medium mushrooms (about 36)
1 (6 1/2 or 8oz.) can minced clams
1/2 cup butter
1 clove minced garlic (or 1/8 tsp garlic powder)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms; mince stems. Place caps rounded side down on baking sheet.
Drain clams, and save liquid.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In skillet, over medium heat, melt butter and brush some on caps.
In
remaining butter, over medium heat, cook chopped stems, garlic, and
reserved clam juice, until stems are tender. Stir in clams and remaining
ingredients.
Spoon mixture into caps.
Bake for 15 minutes.
